Many many languages use this sound for j. As long as they're actual names and not just a way to throw in some extra letters/get kreativ...yes of course. I think most people are familiar with names like Sonja, less common names, just have to be prepared in English speaking countries to correct the sound sometimes.
I'm planning to use one as a mn...Jósefa.
Noticed this is an old thread, but still wondering, what's up with Jija? Are you saying it yee-yah or with two different J sounds?
