    Girl's name ends with "na"

    Hi I am new ;-)

Though I'm not pregnant yet, my husband and I am already crazy thinking about our first baby's name. We already decided name for a baby boy--"Casper", but not for baby girls yet.

My husband and I love girl names that end with "na"/"la" and of three syllabus.

Could anyone please help to think up any baby girl name that goes well with a sibling Casper as well as matches the criteria above?

    Thx a lot!

BTW, I came up with the name "Charlina", does it work?

    Casper is brilliant!

Some girls' names which end in "na":

Edana (feminization of Aidan, Irish, means "fire")
    Athena
    Marianna
    Rosanna
    Roxanna
    Shoshana
    Susannah
    Clarina
    Davina
    Delphina
    Adrianna
    Celina
Caterina (four syllables, but very pretty nonetheless)
    Catalina (same situation)
    Catriona (again)
    Christina

Some girls' names ending with "la":
    Finola (one of my favourites)
    Lucilla
    Loella
    Joella
    Arabella (four syllables)

I think Charlina works fine, and has a cute nickname Charlie, but I would keep looking.

I think the -la ending is trendier, what with names like Lola and Ella, but I adore Finola, or Finula, or the traditional spelling. Some of the -na names are very nice too.

Good luck! I hope this helps!

Charlina is fine, not a name I like, but completely acceptable.

    Regina
    Sienna
    Vienna
    Ludmila
    Viola
