I think Catalina is a beautiful name. I wouldn't think of the dressing (which, coincidentally, I just had on my salad an hour ago) until someone mentioned it... and honestly, it wouldn't phase me. I say use it!

NB says the definition of Catalina is pure so going by that I came up with some combos based on meaning and not my style, any opinions on these or suggestions?

    Happiness and joy

    Catalina Felicity/Felicity Catalina
    Abigail Catalina/Catalina Abigail
Catalina Joy/Joy Catalina (I like Joy Catalina a lot even if it's really nms!)
    Beatrice Catalina/Catalina Beatrice

    Love
    Catalina Amandine
Arwen Catalina (means noble maiden which makes me realllly like it)
Catalina Aspasia (means welcome but I really like it!)
Catalina Valentine (either prn of Valentine works for me)

Catalina Adele - My grandmas name was Una Adella (long story but not sure if its Adella or Adele) but she went by Della is Della Catalina or Catalina Adele OK? I don't care for Una so I wouldn't use it.

I've been thinking about using Anne in something because it's part of my Mother and my MIL's name (who I love). I don't want to use Diane because that is my Mothers mn and I think it leaves my MIL out. I really like Anne-Sophie, Catalina Anne-Sophie sounds great to me but I'm trying to look for names that aren't just French. Any good Anne names that are stunning with Catalina?

@taz I really like Catalina Simone, Violet Catalina, Catalina Annette (something to consder!), Catalina Augustine (Loving this!) Thanks so much.

DO IT! I instantly think of the island but as blade said, that's not a bad association - it's a beautiful place and looks so mystical standing out in the Pacific.
