Since scarlet is a color and ivy is an object, I dislike that particular combination. Likewise autumn ivy-- too descriptive, less name-y. Lovely names individually though.

Olivia, Emily and Ava are very popular names. Julia, Arabella, Ruby and Sloan are less popular. They all share a classic, feminine style. What about...

    Juliet Arabella
Arabella Sloane (do prefer the e)
    Ruby Juliette
Ava Arabella (I like the alliteration with this one)
    Scarlett Emile /Cecile / Camille
    Ivy Arabella
    Blade, MD

Of what is listed, my fav. Is Scarlette Ivy. However, I really like Scarlette Arabella. I personally love different spellings, I love Skarlette, but I am provbably in the minority when I say that. Autumn Sloan would be pretty as well.

I like Ava Sloan, or Ruby Sloan as suggested above.

I agree with a PP who said Scarlett and Autumn Ivy are too descriptive - I wouldn't be able to get past that. Plus it sounds so much like Beyonce's Blue Ivy - not my favorite. Ivy Scarlett would be better. Or Ivy Sloan.
