    Nickname for Keturah?

I really like the name Keturah but think it is a burden for any little girl to carry on a daily basis, so I'm looking at nickname options. I think Ketty could work, but does that sound too much like we're trying to make Kitty more unique? What other options do you think could go with Keturah? Another option we thought of was calling her by her middle name. I really like Keturah Verity but it doesn't seem right for some reason. What are your thoughts? Any comments are appreciated. THANK YOU SO MUCH in advance! <3

Why not go with Kitty? It isn't far off from Ketty. I love this name and am happy to hear you will use it.

    I like Kit for Keturah.

As far as middle names go, I think you're right that Keturah Verity doesn't work. I think it sounds too harsh with the double t's. If you still want a strong sound for the mn, Keturah Maeve might be a good option.
If you want to soften Keturah a bit, you might like: Keturah Claire, Keturah Lilac, or Keturah Hazel.
If you like the flow of Keturah Verity, but not the sound, what about: Keturah Romilly or Keturah Verily?

    Hope this helps!

I like Keturah Verity! I don't mind the repeated t's but maybe it's the 3-3 rhythm that's throwing you off? Keturah Vera and Keturah Verena are two other options.

Ketty - it could work. To me it's more like you're trying to make Katie different, not Kitty. But Ketty rhymes with Eddie which is familiar so I mean, again, it could work. I do say the 'e' in Keturah much more like a short i than a short e (maybe that's just me though), so I think Kitty is perfectly plausible even if you change the spelling (i.e., make Kitty from Keturah, that's fine -- don't make Keturah Kiturah please ; D).

I think Ettie and Tura are cute too.

Keturah Verity sounds pretty perfect to me, honestly.

As for nicknames, I like Ketty and just Ket/Kit/Kat too.
Tutu would be very cutesy if you prefer that kind of thing.
