I voted for Eloise but Laurel is very pretty and the combo of Laurel Josephine flows so beautifully.

#1 This post is right up my ally! My nephew is Trevor, and I almost named my dd Adelaide. I know sisters Addie and Lily (early 20s) thwy are a great sister set, and I always admired it.
I understand your feelings about Charlotte. I think the same.
Eloise is probably my fav from your list. Adelaide and Eloise are so much fun to say together and have the same flavor.
But then I read Vivienne and this is my favorite for you! I think its so perfect! Especilly because of the meaning
Gods Grace has been lavished upon me, a sinner.

Lillian Josephine is gorgeous and flows very well with your other children's names.

Thanks so much to everyone who voted! I loved reading all of the comments, too! Seems like there are many of us on this board with similar taste!

I thought it was funny that in my daughter's music class this morning, we had an Adelaide (us), Charlotte and a Vivienne! What a gorgeous sibset that would make!

I think I know in my heart that Lillian is the best choice, I just wish it wasn't so common. Although, the beauty of the name just goes to show why it's popular for a reason!

Please keep the comments/suggestions coming! I love, love, love them all!!

I am bumping this thread up again as another name that I keep seeing is Elowen.

Since I love the El in Eloise and the boy name Owen, what do you think of Elowen Josephine? Trevor, Adelaide and Elowen? I do love the nature connection (in wanting to honor my dad) to this name as well.

    Charlotte Josephine for the win!

Though I'd vote Charlotte Eloise if it was a choice.

First off, I'm so sorry for your loss. It is so hard to lose someone so important. I'm glad that you get to honor him with your next child. I voted for Lila Josephine because I love the way the two names flow together. That said, I think you should go with Lillian as it does seem that your heart of hearts has already decided this - it is a beautiful name. All of your choices are beautiful - in fact Eloise is on my very short list for our daughter due in January (and my daughter is also Adelaide!). I didn't pick it for you because it doesn't flow as well with Josephine and I think in this case, Josephine is the important aspect to her name so I chose a name that compliments. Elowen is lovely and has some fantastic nn potentials but I don't think it fits with the sibset - a little "Lord of the Rings" I think. Anyway, good luck - you really can't go wrong with any of your choices.
