Duggar Family Name Game- with a twist!

Here's the rules:

As most of you know, the Duggars are a family with 20 kids (I think) who's names all start with the same letter. Each name will start with a different letter, but for middles, there needs to be a middle name that starts with the same letter for every kid, and one that starts with the same letter of the child's first name. It doesn't matter which order the mn's are in!
