Any of the filler names such as Rose, Grace and Mae/May would sound fantastic with both names. I personally think Sophia Rose or Olivia Rose are divine, but Im biased as my second daughter is named Avaleigh Rose!
Apart from that, any one-syllable name probably sounds best: Faith, Hope, Faye, Rae, Lynn, Grace, Quinn, etc.

Another post made me think of Verity as a middle name for Sophia. How wonderful is the meaning of Sophia Verity: wisdom and truth?
