    The only ones I can think of that haven't been mentioned are Sasa/Zaza (or even ZsaZsa, haha), Ella, Ellie, or Elle. Or even just Belle. I think Belle sounds so much more grown up than Bella does.

    Thanks for the replies, everyone! I like Sable/Sabel, Abby, Isla, and Ella/Ellie. Unfortunately, I forgot to mention that one of my best friends is naned Libby, which also rules out Ibby for the same reason. I like the idea of using something to do with Elizabeth, since they mean the same thing. (sorry that was so long )

    Ella is the only thing I can come up with. If you want the connection to Elizabeth, what about Lizzie?
