Rowena - means joy and fame, and was the name of the daughter of a Saxon chief
Eleri- also the daughter of a chief
Zuriel - name of a chief in Exodus, means my God is my rock
Cynbel - means chief
Henri - mean ruler (I know an amazing girl named Henri)
Eric (or Erica) - means ever ruler
