A brother to go with Jack, Ava & Mia...

My partner and I are trying to come up with a name for our 2nd son to go with older sisters Ava and Mia and older brother Jack. I don't really want it to be too matchy to the other 3 names but want to stick within the same style and length. DH likes Lachlan (shortened to Lachie) which I'm not sure about - I love Lachie but not fussed on Lachlan.
I like Harry, Ben, Liam, Noah and Max.
    Any ideas?

I think Noah or Ben goes well with your children's names. Maybe use Lachlan as a middle name?

    My recommendation is ...

    Ava [&] Mia

    [and]

    Jack [&] Will

... traditional four-letter diminutive forms of equivalent "core classic" names, John and William.

Harry, Liam, and Ben are my favourites from your choices, but I also like Lachlan. Owen, Gavin, and Rhys also came to mind.

I would just like to second the poster who suggested Will. That was the first thought that came to my mind.

Lachlan shortened to Lachie sounds a lot like Jack to me. (You do pronounce it Lak-lan right? So the shortened version would be Lackie?)

While I like Lachlan it does stick out a bit from the other kids names. Which isn't really that bad of a thing. But if it bugs you then something like Harry, Ben or Liam fit nicely. What about just Loki, pronounced low-ki, but again that does stand out a bit.

I like the Ben or Will suggestions. Noah or Max wouldn't seem too out of place. What about Sam? Or Henry?
