A sister for Isla Elizabeth

I think Matilda is a great option for you! Matilda Caroline sounds really nice and it goes well with your last name.
I don't much like the name Victoria. Violet, Eloise, Alice, and Lily all sound too close to Isla.

I voted for Violet but Rory (Victoria) was also a great sibset option, as is Tessa. I like that these 3 do not sound too close Isla at all. I think Tori from Victoria would be terrific with Isla as well.

I like Matilda Caroline best. I think it goes better with Isla Elizabeth than the other names.

I voted for Juliet. I would have picked Victoria but I don't like Rory or nicknames in general. Alice is also quite nice but not as special and a bit hard to say with your last name. Stylistically, I think Lily goes best with Isla, but I don't like Lily.

I am with bonfireazalea. I voted Juliet! I also think Victoria would be nice, but I prefer Rory on a boy.

I voted for Violet as I love Violet Caroline and I think it fits perfectly with Isla Elizabeth. But I really, really love Lily, Tilly, and Tessa (although I prefer just Tess), and I quite like Anna, Juliet, and Alice, as well.

I voted for Juliet, but that was before I read the Mn choice. The 3-3 syllable combo isn't doing it for me. With Caroline as the middle, I prefer Victoria.
