I am not a fan of the double -er. It makes me feel a little tounge-tied when I say it.
I saw that you said your favorite is Blake David. Is David the set middle name?
I like (in order):
Theo David Stanyer
Blake David Stanyer
Cameron David Stanyer (but again with the double ER)
I'd axe Samuel because I think it also runs into Stanyer. They Sam and Stan sounds are way to similar in my opinion.

I think Asher Stanyer sound gorgeous <3 If you're really concerned, I would use Blake ... but honestly, Asher is perfect

Me and my partner read through all of the replies together this morning and we would just like to say thanks again for all the help. I think we have with your help narrowed the names down to either Asher or Blake. I think we will wait until baby arrives before we choose one for them. For any that are interested I will post back with the name we chose once the little one is here
