    Help! Sister for Adelaide

Hi everyone! I need help finding a name that goes with my DD, Adelaide Ruby. Hubby & I share somewhat the similar taste in names. With the problem that he doesn't care how popular a name is, & I care a lot. Adelaide wasn't popular when we picked it, even tho it's picking up now. : ( He likes the names Eleanor, Amelia, & Penelope. All great, beautiful names, but too popular for me, especially the 1st 2. I'm worried they're this generations Michelle and Jessica. I like names like Carolina, Elizabeth, Marianna, Sabine. We both like classic, feminine names that wouldn't sound silly with the title Queen or dr in front. Please help. Thanks

I like Adelaide with Amelia. I am reluctant to suggest it though, because then you will fall into a first initial trap. What if there are more children? I know this first hand. It happened to me.

What about Emelia? A little different from all the Amelias and no first initial trap.

What about Ingrid or Samara? Odessa, Auguste, Soirse (Seer-sha) or Gwen. Got a little caught up on the queen thing. Felicity, Marissa, or Katrina, Shannon, or Carmen

Adelaide was my aunt's name. My mothers name was Eleanor. So you like the same names as my grandparents did. That sibling set was together for over 75 years. It works together. My mom was a name nerd before the internet. She would have loved this.

Adelaide Ruby and Penelope Opal would be adorable together. I also like Eleanor Pearl.
