I too voted for Aidan Joel. I like the sound, and if you're doing initials AJ is the best option here. I was going to vote for two, with Aidan Malachi being my second choice, but I found it's a one-choice poll, ha ha. I think it would depend on your last name as to which of those two options I would choose.
I like Aidan, too, but since I'm in the U.S. Aiden/Aidan/Ayden etc. now has a severe boredom factor. I'm glad you're in a place where you can happily use it! (And Aidan is my favorite spelling.) Best wishes.

Aidan Gabriel is my overall favorite, but that doesn't get you AJ. Could you call him AG? I watch a lot of law shows on TV, so I'm used to hearing that (referencing the Attorney General). I also like pp's suggestions of Aidan Joseph and Aidan Jude. If you're going for a super unique name in the middle, I vote for Cassius (then you could call him AC, which is a bit more unique than AJ, if unique is what you're after) -- super handsome and distinguished name.
