I love Lily names! My favorite, atm, is Liliana, but I have a serious thing for Lillian and Lilia, as well, and can never seem to be able to decide between the three. I think Lilibet is adorable, too, but I'm not sure how usable it is.
The only other idea I had would be Susanna(h)/Zuzanna/Susana, which means "lily". I think you could still use the nn Lily for it.
Or maybe something like Delilah/Elila/Alila? They don't really have the "lily" sound--more the "lie" and "lee" sounds in the middle, but since the "lil" part is there, I think you could still use Lily.Ashley

I have to admit, Tigerlily is a guilty pleasure name.
other ideas:
Lilianne (Lily-Anne)
Liliana or Lilianna or Lillianna or Lilliana
Lily-Belle (there could be different ways of spelling this. I know a Lily who gets called Lily Belle just as a pet name, but I really like it.)
Lilith
Lila
Lilibeth
Susannah, Susanna, Susan, Suzanne, Suzette, etc. all mean lily (could be a formal name with nickname Lily)
Lilias or Lileas (Scottish)
Lilium (Latin word for lily)
Calla (type of Lily)
Azucena (Arabic)Anastasia, Miranda, Lydia, Isabella, Georgia, Arena, Cadenza
Quinn, Enzo, Ronan, Preston, Marco, Grayson, Travis, Hudson
