I will '*' the names I would scratch from the list.
    First Names:

Maria - Nice, but a little plain for me. I prefer Mary.
Lillian (Lillie) - I love Lily by itself, but Lillian works beautifully for an adult woman.
Anna - Sweet and classic, but I prefer Anya.
Lucy - I like it, but I can only think of Lucy from Peanuts.
Hazel - Underused! A little harsh, but I think its cute.
Rose - I love, love, love Rose! I think it needs to be used as a first name more often!
Eve - I think it's cute, but I prefer it as a middle name.
Tess - Prefer it as a nickname for Theresa/Teresa or Therese/Terese.
Liv - Prefer it short for Elizabeth or Olivia.
Freya - Cute, but a little dated. I imagine a red head with cute little pigtails and a huge smile.
*Sylvie - Much prefer Sylvia but I'm not a fan of either name.
Flora - I love Flora, it's so sweet and brings up lovely images.
*Nona - I don't like this at all, all I can think of is "No, no", like you're correcting a child.
Matilda (Tillie) - I personally don't like this name, but there's nothing bad about it.
Nell - I prefer this as a nickname, but it could stand on its own.
Phoebe - Cute! I think this is a hidden gem that's perfectly usable.
June - This is growing on me. I imagine a strong willed, opinionated girl.
Celia - I strongly prefer Cecilia; Celia just doesn't sound complete to me.
*Cleo - I don't like this name at all. Not quite sure why, but I just don't like it.
Iris - Pretty! Soft and feminine.
Alice - Love, love, love! Soft, yet strong, but feminine nevertheless.
Daisy - A little childish to me, I don't think it will work well on an adult.
Ramona - A little dated. Reminds me of Ramona from the book "Ramona the Pest".

    Middle Names:

    Charlotte - Beautiful!
    Victoria - Strong and regal.
    Magdalena - Not my style.
Christine - I love this, mainly because of Phantom of the Opera.
    Agnes - Not my style.
    Louise - Cute!
    Johanna - Strong, feminine name.
    Margaret - Cute!
Susanna - Sweet, but I don't think I would use it.
    Felicity - I don't like this. I prefer Amity.
Marigold - Not a fan. I prefer Marilyn or Rosemary.
    Carolina - Cute!
    Pearl - Not a fan.
Fern - I love this! I like it better as a first name.
Joy - A little dated and plain.
Saskia - I really like this! I prefer it as a first name, though.
    Amelia - Cute but common.
    Athena - Sweet and strong.
Selene - I prefer Selena or Serena.
    Jane - Strong, classic, feminine.

    Rose Saskia
    June Susanna(h)
    Fern Athena
    Nell Charlotte
    Flora Selene
    Hazel Marigold

The names I'd lose from the list are:

    Liv
    Nona
    Cleo

I know people dig Liv but it sounds to specific to Liv Tyler, plus it sounds incomplete, IMO.
Nona is a name for grandma in Italian, which can lead to awkwardness, especially in older age.
Cleo will be a cat name forever for me.

    Pairings:

    Rose Victoria
    Ramona Pearl
    Matilda Jane
    Sylvie Amelia
    June Susannah
    Alice Felicity

(I just noticed as I scrolled back up that others had these ideas first, but I'll leave because I like them too.)
Mom to Clementine the cat and Friedman the fatter cat.
