I love the name Milena, it's beautiful, and while it has an exotic sound to it it's recognizable and fits in in English-speaking countries. I've always said mih-LAY-nuh myself (with a long in the first syllable).
Mum to my darling girls Eliza Rosamund, Cordelia Jane, Susannah Pearl and Margaret Lily!
