    Here are my thoughts,

Adelaide, this is very trendy right now, but it is so beautiful
Cassidy, so cute and it is a name that a kid can grow into, I also love the nickname cassie
Hazelle, very cute but I do not like the nickname hazy
    Renee, beautiful
Rowanne, this is a little ouside of my comfort zone
Chenoa, I have never heard of this name before, but I do not like it, it is a bit clunky
    Julia, classic and beautiful
    Esme, very trendy, but beautiful
Eloise, I cannot get the character from the books out of my mind sorry
Ebony, cute but i don't know about the nickname ebbie
Bonnie, cute but outdated and I try to stay away from names with songs about them
Briarose, this makes me think of thorns, sorry
Sorrel, never heard of it, but I do not like the nickname
Elodie, love it, it is beautiful but odie is a little odd
Novalee, makes me think of the word novelty

Remember with the hole nickname thing that a lot of the time kids find different nicknames when they go to school and these are usually the lasting ones, so I wouldn't plan to much on nicknames unless they are obvious choices like Ash for Ashley. Just something to think about, hope I could help.

    Adelaide (addy)- Love!
Cassidy (cass)- I much prefer Cassandra.
Hazelle (hazy)- I'm really not sure how to pronounce this. Is it the same as Hazel, is it huh-ZEL, or is it hay-ZEL? Whatever it is, I much prefer Hazel, which I think is a lot more classic.
Renee (ren)- I prefer just Wren, but Renee is fine.
Rowanne (annie)- I prefer Roxanne. Rowanne is trying a bit too hard to feminize a male name.
Chenoa (chenny)- Reminds me of the male name Chinua. I think this one could be a bit confusing and I'm not really a fan. I like Noa.
Julia (jules)- Very classic- can't go wrong! I also like Juliette.
    Esme (essie)- I love Essie!
Eloise (easy)- Easy is a really unfortunate nickname for a girl, but I love Eloise.
Ebony (ebbie)- Never thought of this as a particularly classy name.
Bonnie (bon)- This seems more like a nickname to me.
Briarose (bree)- is this pronounced Briar Rose, like Sleeping Beauty, or Bria Rose (BREE-uh)? I think a spelling change is in order for either one.
Sorrel (solly)- Not my favorite word name because of what it is.
Elodie (odie)- Odie isn't very appealing to me, but I love Elodie.
Novalee (nova)- I really like Nova on its own. Nova's beautiful- it doesn't need the lee tacked on!

Adelaide (addy)- Adelaide is pretty, but I don't care for Addy.
Cassidy (cass)- NMS. Very 1990's to me.
Hazelle (hazy)- Prefer the origional spelling of Hazel. I don't like Hazy as a nickname.
    Renee (ren)- NMS.
Rowanne (annie)- NMS, I suggest Rownan
Chenoa (chenny)- Never heard of this before, I don't like it.
    Julia (jules)- Very pretty.
Esme (essie)- Love Esme, though I see a nickname as unecessary.
Eloise (easy)- Okay, don't like Easy.
    Ebony (ebbie)- NMS
Bonnie (bon)- Bonnie is sweet, but it doesn't need a nickname
Briarose (bree)- Don't care for the nickname. The smoosh is a bit much. Very "Sleeping Beauty"
    Sorrel (solly)- NMS
Elodie (odie)- Elodie is pretty, don't like Odie
Novalee (nova)- like anettevernon, I see novelty. NMS

Your names are interesting, but I think a lot of the nicknames are uncessary. Some of these are short enough that it doesn't need to be shortened any more. My favorite from the list would be Adeliade, without the nickname Addy.

Adelaide (addy)- This is a beautiful name! I like it on its own, without the nn Addy though.
Cassidy (cass)- I prefer Cassandra or Cassia.
Hazelle (hazy)- I'm putting a vote in for this spelling of Hazelle! I think it is really beautiful and feminine and, coming from someone who has a name that can be spelled different ways, it doesn't seem to be that big of a deal to correct spelling. Anyway, really nice name! I think it's so much nicer without a nn though.
Renee (ren)- nms, but very classy.
    Rowanne (annie)- I prefer Rowena.
Chenoa (chenny)- I don't like this one much.
Julia (jules)- Not my favorite of your names, but still very nice.
Esme (essie)- This is a great name! i don't think the Essie nn makes much sense though
Eloise (easy)- I don't like Easy at all for a nn, but Eloise is nice.
Ebony (ebbie)- I'm not sure what I think of this one. It's very unusual and yet familiar sounding somehow, which I think are great qualities for a name! I think Bonnie could be a cute nn for this actually!
Bonnie (bon)- No nn needed. Bonnie is cute, but maybe better as a nn for something else (see above)
Briarose (bree)- I don't like this combination all in one name. I think it would be better as a first and middle
Sorrel (solly)- Sorrel is lovely! So unique and feminine. I don't like Solly though -- sound like Sally mispronounced.
Elodie (odie)- Elodie is beautiful. Odie reminds me of odor and odious.
Novalee (nova)- nms. As pp's have mentioned, it sound too much like novelty.

    Overall, really great, beautiful names!

Adelaide (addy) - Love this one. Love the nn Addy.
Cassidy (cass) - This one is cute. NMS but okay.
Hazelle (hazy) - Love it, but I'd spell it Hazel to make the kid's life less complicated. I don't think it needs a nn.
Renee (ren) - It's okay. I associate it with someone, so that makes it less attractive to me.
Rowanne (annie) - Don't like it at all.
Chenoa (chenny) - Not a fan. What about Genoa nn Ginny?
Julia (jules) - I like Juliet better, but I do like it. Jules is a cute nn.
    Esme (essie) - Love it.
Eloise (easy) Love Eloise, but please don't give a girl the nn Easy. Her life in high school would be one long stream of boys saying things like, "Hey, that Easy chick is easy."
Ebony (ebbie) - Not a fan.
Bonnie (bon) - Love Bonnie, dislike Bon.
Briarose (bree) - Not a fan.
Sorrel (solly) - Not a fan at all. Sorrell makes me think of squirrels, and Solly works better for a boy.
Elodie (odie) - I'm not a huge fan of Elodie, but Odie makes me think of the dog in Garfield. So no.
Novalee (nova) - I love Nova on its own.

Adelaide - LOVE! I hope this doesn't skyrocket in the next couple years. I don't care for Addy, though.

Cassidy - I don't like this at all. I'm a Cassie, but my full name is Cassandra - I prefer that, or Cassia.

Hazelle - Hazel is nice, I don't care for this spelling, but I can see where your trying to go with it. I don't care for the nickname Hazy,
    though.

Renee - I think this would be nice to see.

Rowanne - this looks like your trying too hard - just go with Rowan.

    Chenoa - I don't care for it.

Julia - I think this is lovely. It's not WAY popular, but well known and really pretty and classic.

    Esme - love

Eloise - LOVE, I don't like Easy, though, it leaves a lot of room for obvious teasing.

Ebony - not bad, I think it could be quite pretty.

Bonnie - I think this is pretty

Briarose - I don't like this at all. I prefer Briony.

Sorrel - I think this could be pretty, but i don't like Solly.

Elodie - LOVE Elodie, Odie is just not attractive.

Novalee - I've never liked this.

Adelaide- very pretty, and it sounds a little vintage too, which I like.
Cassidy- nice. It makes me think of a fiesty, sporty girl due to a book reference, which I quite like.
Hazelle- a pretty, more feminine version of Hazel. I like both.
Renee- it's not horrible, but I find it almost dated.
Rowanne- not my style at all.
Chenoa- definitely unique, although I'm not sure I like it.
Julia- a pretty name, but I really don't like Jules or Julie. I prefer Lia as the nn.
Esme- I think it's my favourite from your list. It just has an indescribably quality to it that mkes me love it.
Eloise- reminds me too much of the books. And if her classmates are anything like mine, "Easy" teased throughout HS and college.
Ebony- it's an all right name.
Bonnie- I like this one a lot, actually.
Briarose- a little too frilly and girly for me, although I like Bree.
Sorrel- don't like the name. And I actually know a Solly family.
Elodie- love the name, although I prefer the nn Ellie.
    Novalee- not my style.

I like Adelaide, Cassidy, Hazel spelled this way, Eloise, Briar-Rose spelled that way, and Elodie.
I do not think every name on your list needs a nickname, like Eloise for one. I don't like Easy for it at all, especially with the movie Easy A. I think Elle would suffice, or even just Eloise. Ditto with Elodie, Elle or nothing imo.

Your style is most definitely not too weird! The "weirdest" one is Chenoa or Sorrel imo. Chenoa sounds very native, and almost like "trying to hard", but it's not crazy or anything at all. It's pretty. Sorrel is weird because I grew up around Sorrel being made into a drink and us calling it Sorrel, so it's like naming a kid Carrot to me.
