1. Charlotte-even despite its raging popularity (which I do hope will go down) I love this name, and it's always been my favorite baby name ever since I was younger. Classic, lush, and beautiful, and it's lovely on its own but also has great nicknames.
2. Clara -underused classic.
3. Norah-again, classic, soft, and beautiful.
4. Amelie-I've always preferred Amelie to Amelia. I'm usually apprehensive about using names that are super ethnic, but even though Amelie is very French it's unique but still familiar.
5. Violet-Another long time favorite. Even though Violet Beauregarde isn't my favorite character (although I do love all Roald Dahl books) I absolutely lovely Violet.
6. Louisa or Lucy (Louisa nn Lucy? I can't decide.)And the theme continues-classic and beautiful.
7. Evelyn/Eve/Eva -Even though the "lyn" ending is kind of trendy I still love the idea of having a daughter named either Evelyn,Eve, or Eva nn Evie.
8. Matilda- My family would say this clunky but I absolutely love Matilda. It's been one of my favorite names ever since I read the book when I was younger! I love Matilda nn Millie , as I do love vintage nicknames and I also love Thoroughly Modern Millie!
9. Eliza-Spunky and charming, and I do love Eliza Doolittle!
10. Harper (I usually wouldn't love this kind of name but I have a soft spot for Harper.)
11. Cordelia -my guilty pleasure name! Even though her character in King Lear is tragic, I still adore this name, and potential nicknames Cora or Delia.
12. Adelaide- I'm never been a huge fan of Addison (I can't get past the fact that it's a disease and means son of Adam) but I LOVE Adelaide. The only turnoff would be my daughter having to share the nn Addie with all of the other Addison. Maybe nn her Adele?
I posted 12, sorry! :]Only 18( and far away from marriage and kids) but a name lover!
