Ohh, some great ones being thrown out there!
peppersprout - love the idea of Diggory, had not thought of that as a name possibility before! Thaddeus is also a great one.
bob=kate - wow! I don't think I'd heard of any of them before
dantea - you're right, I do think that some of the classics such as Ulysses, Odysseus and Icarus are great and underused. BUt I understand why as I'm sure sure I'd be brave enough to use them, and guess a lot of other people think the same way. Also love the idea of Zealand and Slade
dearest - Horizon is great idea, just a pity it's a cigarette brand here
cressida - love Moss and Uriel. I think I saw Uriel in one of the Dresden Files books....
Good to see some dynamic suggestions coming out, often feels like a lot of the most interesting ones are put forward for girls and not so much for boys!

Hieronymous was my first thought.
Aloysius - I've never known how to pronounce this. Uh-LOY-shuss or Al-oh-WISH-uss?
Bane - or Wolfsbane like the herb, which is a GP of mine.
Godfrey - a GP of mine for the sound, not the meaning.
Thales - pron. TAL-ess (short A as in Tally)
Bravebaby BOY arriving november 2015
currently considering: Martin, Shepherd, Edmond, Lachlan, Absalom
a girl would have been named: Beatrix Judith
