POLL for BB twins
Which of these twin names do you like the best together? Siblings Lacey Morgana, Pearl Isolde and William Arthur. Thomas will be Thomas Percival. Looking for middle name suggestions for the second name... No particular rules just something along the lines of the other middle names!
Many thanks, Fran x

First thing that popped into my head was the kid's show, "Thomas the Tank Engine", because he has train friends named Henry and Percy (Percival) (as well as Edward and James too, I think!!). Not that I think that this is a problem! That's just what came to mind when I saw the Thomas and Henry combination. You can tell I spend too much time with train-obsessed little boys!!
I DO love Thomas and Henry together though. Such wonderful, strong classics. The rest of your list is fabulous too. My favourite combinations are Thomas and Henry as I've said, and Thomas and Alexander.
Also, you have a beautifully named family. Best of luck to you!!

Hi Fran, congrats on the twins! Since you already have a William, I wouldn't use Henry (Princes William and Harry born Henry). I don't think Henry Reeves flows very well either with the r's and the "ee" sounds. Eric and Douglas just don't have the classic, traditional vibe for me. So that leaves Edward, James, Joseph and Alexander. A tough call but I'll rank them as follows:
1 Thomas and Joseph
2 Thomas and Edward
3 Thomas and Alexander
3 Thomas and James
Middle Names Suggestions (with my favourite Authurian names)
Thomas Percival and Joseph Bedivere
Thomas Percival and Joseph Geraint
Thomas Percival and Joseph Madoc
Thomas Percival and Edward Lancelot
Thomas Percival and Edward Caradoc
Thomas Percival and Edward Taliesin
Thomas Percival and Alexander Gareth
Thomas Percival and Alexander Owain
Thomas Percival and Alexander Tristan
Thomas Percival and James Dagonet
Thomas Percival and James Lamorak
Thomas Percival and James MerlinAll the best,
Mischa.

Thankyou everyone! Don't really like Peregrine or Tristan but thanks for the ideas! I think I'm leaning more towards Edward, James or Alexander now.
mischa: you have just pointed out the reason we haven't just gone with Henry... I love that name (a lot!) but repeated ree-ree sounds? Just doesn't feel right. We have considered putting Henry in the middle but do you think he would feel left out?
I like the idea of Merlin as a middle name and like the idea of Lancelot but something just not quite right about it. According to a website Dagonet was arthur's fool!! So may give that one a miss! I like that Lamorak was Percival's brother... but not sure about the name itself. Came across Aglarale on my internet name browsing travels it also means "brother of Percival" which I quite like but is it too weird? Thomas Percival and James/Edward Aglarale?
Another name I've found that I quite like is Pellinore - what do you think?
