Soren Michael: Alright, I know I already mentioned Sorrel. I don't usually like matchy-matchy sibling names, but I just happened to really like both names.

Daphne Rue - aww, so cute and gorgeous!! LOVE!
Cassia August - I like this a lot actually. I'm really fond of starting mn with the last of the first so they sort of run together
Thalia Katri - This is a beautiful combo but hard to pronounce, is it T-alia or Th-alia is is ka-TREE or KAT-ri, etc.
Amaya Willow - Amaya is a beautiful name but I'm not sure about an object name following, it sounds a bit like "am I a willow". Amaya Rue?
Sorrel Luna - Same issue, beautiful names but sounds kinda like "saw a luna"
Aurelia Jade - pretty, names aren't as gorgeous as your others but it's a better combo

Orion Connor - gorgeous! Love it!
Jacob Adair - love, Jacob is so freakin popular though, Nathaniel Adair??
Nathaniel William - both nice solid names but not as interesting as your others
Soren Michael - I'm not that fond of Soren, sounds like a wizard name to me.

Soren Michael: I like Soren, unique, but not too unique.
Orion Connor: Nice Irish pairing, Orion is one of my favorites right now.
Jacob Adair: Adair sounds feminine but it's good to pair a wildly popular name with an unknown.

Amaya Willow - Love this one. Very pretty.
Sorrel Luna - Not a fan of Sorrel. It's not very feminine and just doesn't sound like a name to me. Love Luna though.
Aurelia Jade - Pretty. Love this one too.
Cassia August - Love Cassia but I don't care for August on a girl.
Daphne Rue - Cute! Very spunky!

Boys:
Nathaniel William - Love this. Strong, classic and handsome.
Soren Michael - I like this one. It's a nice balance of uncommon and classic.
Orion Connor - Not a fan of Orion up front. Would prefer Connor Orion.
Jacob Adair - Like it. Not my favorite of your combos though.

Amaya Willow (I especially adore the meaning of Amaya- night rain) - I've never liked amaya, I can't say why. The meaning is lovely
Sorrel Luna - I don't personally like Sorrel. To me it's a horse.
Aurelia Jade - I like this. It's unusual but pretty
Cassia August - Same as above.
Daphne Rue - I personally don't like Daphne, It doesn't evoke a picture of a cute, classy little girl to me. What about Dahlia, or Delia

Orion Connor - This could grow on me, although I prefer how Connor Orion sounds.

I really like all of your boys names. Jacob is the only one that would make me hesitate and that's just because of popularity. From your girls list I think Amaya Willow is beautiful and I also really like Daphne Rue and Thalia Katri. Aurelia is pretty as well.
