I think Grady is nice and fits well with your other children's names!
Instead of Gabriel, what about Gable?
Oh, and I do actually know a strong, successful man named Glen and it definitely works.

To answer your question...I met a burly Scottish guy named Glen - he plays rugby. Definitely not wimpy!! I think the name sounds soft and sweet for a little guy, but it also fits in with the crowd of Mikes, Joes, Jakes, Eds, Jays etc because it's one-syllable, and boys seem to like having 1 syllable names!

I really think Grady and Grant also fit in really well with your other children's names! Good luck choosing!

If you can't find a G-name you both love, I'd just pick a different letter. I'd rather my child had a name I love than one that fits in the system.

A man whose first name is Glen was recently re-elected to our city's City Council. During the election season, I would point out the signs posted around the city to my son (whose middle name is Glen). There are some attorneys with the first name Glen. Surely, there are other successful Glens out there.
Mother of three teenagers: (1) Daniel Glen, (2) Timothy Austin, and (3) Rebecca Jane... all middle names honor family... 3rd generation mn Jane. (A second girl would have been Susanna Eve and a third boy, maybe Isaac...)

Daniel Glen is a handsome name...I'm seeing Glen as more 'masculine' now, thanks!

I love your kid's names so far! For the sibset, I would recommend:

    Griffin
    Grant
Godric (sorry, I'm a True Blood fan)
    Graham
    Grayson
Proud mama of Juniper Anne (11/2010)

Excited to find a sibling name for our baby due in January 2013!
