Well I had my pre-booking yesterday & the midwife was really lovely. Shes sorting out a consultant appointment asap & gonna speak to the an expert the plan for scans & genetic tests this week to get things moving. Seeing her again Thursday for blood tests & to discuss the genetic tests.

Very crazy! I'm so scared! We planned to have a home birth , so that might not happen now... Due date is March 11th

March 11th?? That doesn't sound right, my edd will be around 15th - 20th & I know you found out before I'd even started that cycle of bd-ing. Surely you should be due end of Feb/begining of March. Maybe it's a bit out because it's twins & still early?

Sorry! I put two one's! It's March 1st, but midwife said it will probably earlier because it's twins.

Congrats Norseberry. I am confused though, I don't mean to offend but I have a crazy memory with anyone pregnancy related that I talk to lol (constantly comparing to mine I think) maybe you can clear it up for me. Some reason your dates just aren't adding up for me. If I recall you said your last AF was mid end of May and you had a +HPT a few days after me, approx 8 days post ovulation which was June 12 (mine was 8DPO on June 7). You thought your EDD was Mar 12 but we figured out things were being added up wrong and it was actually Feb 26. If you're due March 1, was it even possible to have a + test on June 12?

You also said your appointment got moved up to August 11 due to a cancellation, were they able to move it again? I don't know many OB offices that are so flexible lol. Again I am sorry, but your info has just been so confusing.

I'm sorry I am confusing you! We hired a midwife who does homebirths and homevisits... She has about 4 clients at a time. She told me March 1st was my due date, so I am going with that... I don't know what to say.

Hi Mommas! I haven't found out that I am preggers yet, but I read this thread and wanted to offer my congrats.

Also wanted to chime in on Norseberry's behalf that of course you can have a +HPT on June 12 and be due March 1! I had my baby right on my due date of March 20 of last year and had my +HPT on the 4th of July (easy to remember). Just like Norseberry my due date was exactly 37 weeks later. And with multiples you have even more HGH and so you can get a + test even sooner.

Norseberry good luck with your home birth plans! We were planning a HB but ended up with a c-section Loved my midwifery care though, it was amazing, we also had home appointments
