That is a lot of names, and most of them are really beautiful. The ones that I don't particularly like are Allouette (More of a word in French than a name) and Ayla.
My favourites are Aveline, Anya, Freya and Bonnie.
With Alexandra and Evelyn, you could try variants of the name? Here are some suggestions:
Alejandra
Alexa
Lexi
Sasha
Alessandra
Alessa/ or Elissa which isn't a variant, but sort of close in sound and feel
Aveline-which you have mentioned
Eve
Evie
Ilene
And to get Millie as a nickname, have you thought about Millicent or Melisande? Also check this blog its very helpful: http://appellationmountain.net/2012/...ing-to-millie/
As for Verity, some other virtue names might work:
Felicity
Clemence/Clemency
Hope that helped!
The Ever-Changing List:
Eleanor | Isobel | Susanna "Sosie" | Lydia | Claire
Theon | Ezra | Alexander "Xan" | Gideon | Kit

Allouette - too like the song
Alexandra - what about Alessandra
Adele - this one is beautiful but it's not very uncommon now given the singer
Amelie - this is a lovely name but it's only one letter off a name in the top 10
Anya - I like this name a lot but it feels very Russian to me
Aveline - this is one of my very favorites, it's beautiful but might be hard for people to spell
Bianca - I adore this name as well. Pretty, uncommon and easy to spell
Bonnie - this is a nickname to me, you could use it as a nn of Bianca or Bethany
Celine - Dion, I don't think it's escaped this connection yet
Cleo - pretty, not bad
Daisy - this is my least favorite flower name, what about Poppy, Ivy, or Dahlia?
Eden - I knew a man with this name so it never sounds right to me
Elodie - nms
Eloise - nms
Esther - beautiful, not sure how uncommon it is though, I've known quite a few
Evanna - Trump
Geneva / Genevra / Gina - Geneva is one of my very favorites. Gorgeous name
Heather - this is a bit dated I think
Martha - nms
Millie (Perhaps a nn for Amelie?) - I really like Millie, also could nn from Camille, Emmeline, Matilda
Molly - beautiful, one of my favorites, again not sure it's that uncommon though.
Verity - it's a lovely name, maybe as a mn then.
Viola / Violet - I love Violet
Fiona
Thessaly
Daphne
Deliah
Jillian
Ophelia
NaomiLivy/Lucy : Geneva/Gwen : Coralie/Alice : Noelle/Eve
Eli/Bennett : Jude/Zane: Luke/Leo : Levi/Phineas

Allouette - agreed, too much like the song. What about Colette, Louetta?
Alexandra (DHs favorite, I think its a bit bland/common) - many good suggestions already, what about using it with a cool nn? Xandi?
Ayla - this one is jumping way up the charts. It's pretty but very clan of the cave bear. Ayelet, Isla, Layla?
Adele - quite nice, agreed it's rising fast, Adelia, Adelaide, Giselle?
Amelie - pretty but will always be confused with Emily. Amelia, Emily, Elodie?
Anya - pretty but really a nickname for Anna. If your husband's taste is more common can you do Anna nn Anya? Anneliese?
Aveline - pretty, nn Ava for more common taste? Or Evelyn?
Bianca - this name always rings very snobby to me.
Bonnie - cute but it's time seems passed?
Celine - Pretty, but very much Ms. Dion? Selene, Selena? Celia? Cecilia?
Cleo - I like it! Chloe?
Daisy - very nice although I always get it when people think it's cutesy. Margaret nn Daisy?
Eden - love it. Edith? Edina?
Elodie - ah, see my suggestion earlier : D. Love it! DH doesn't? Leonie? Eleanor?
Eloise - quite nice. Louisa?
Esther - love it. Stella? Estelle? Estella? Estrella? Astra? Ruth? Naomi?
Evanna - Eva, Evanie, Eve? This one is honestly a little Vanna White too.
Evelyn (Love this so much, but its so popular now days that it puts me off it!!) - see my suggestion above. I wouldn't sweat the popularity personally - a) it's not sooo huge I don't think, b) if you love it you love it.
Freya - Hits some of the notes of Ayla, no?
Frieda - Freya is prettier anyway
Geneva / Genevra / Gina - Genevieve? Gina feels dated. Geneva and Genevra are nice.
Heather - so nice but very dated. Middle?
Martha - I like it!
Millie (Perhaps a nn for Amelie?) - sure, you could!
Molly - cute! Could be a Mary nn? Or even a Martha, why not on some levels.
Tabetha (Can't really use as it's a name of another family member) - what if you spell it Tabitha which is more widely known? Talitha is also close.
Verity ** (my absolute favorite, but DH is not keen) - what about just Vera? Also overlaps with other names you like. Verena? Or could your husband get behind Verity nn Vera?
Viola / Violet - quite nice!

Allouette - I can't see this as a name
Alexandra (DHs favorite, I think its a bit bland/common) - I agree, too bland, and I dislike names ending in "andra"
Ayla - like it a lot
Adele - dated, despite the singer's popularity
Amelie - really like, but find a lot of people assume you're saying Emily in a weird accent
Anya - I find quite a harsh sound
Aveline - prefer Ava
Bianca - don't like
Bonnie - prefer Connie
Celine - dated
Cleo - love it! It's a front runner for our impending daughter
Daisy - ok
Eden - I like the name, but it's one of those that's not feminine enough for a girl, and not masculine enough for a boy
Elodie - nice
Eloise - pretty
Esther - really like
Evanna - don't like
Evelyn (Love this so much, but its so popular now days that it puts me off it!!) - dislike names ending in "lyn"
Freya - my daughter's name, so love it!
Frieda - ok, but not as feminine as Freya
Geneva / Genevra / Gina - dated
Heather - dated
Martha - not a pretty sound
Millie (Perhaps a nn for Amelie?) - too nicknamey for the actual name, and don't think it works as nn for Amelie, as it's Am-eh-lee not Am-ih-lee
Molly - dull
Tabetha (Can't really use as it's a name of another family member) - prefer the Tabitha spelling. It's ok, but don't like nn Tabby
Verity ** (my absolute favorite, but DH is not keen) - not keen
Viola / Violet - makes me think "violent"
