I'm glad you're using the traditional spelling! The name looks so much nicer that way. To me, Michaela Eliza, Michaela Leigh, and Kendall Eliza don't flow well. The others are fine. Here are some suggestions:
Michaela Claire
Michaela Sage
Michaela Chelsea
Michaela Brooke
Michaela Katherine
Michaela Rachael
Michaela Zoe
Michaela Rosalind
Michaela Carly
Michaela Diane
Michaela Nicolle
Elise Michaela
Jennifer Michaela
Natalie Michaela
Lauren Michaela
Zoe Michaela
Chelsea Michaela
Taryn Michaela
Adeline Michaela
Jocelyn Michaela
Jacqueline Michaela
Hadley MichaelaI don't have or want any kids. I just love names!
Top 10: Andrea, Chelsea, Tara, Brooke, Alexandra, Nathaniel, Cody, Grant, Alexander, Graham
I also love Russian and Irish names, as well as the names of many cities and countries.

Michaela has been a favorite of mine for at least 10 years."sigh"..but then I started seeing all these made up spellings and it made me hesitant to use it. It is still on my short list though. Of your combos I like Michaela Noelle the best.
Michaela Christine has been my favorite combo for it.
Other combos I've toyed with:
Michaela Breanne
Michaela Beth
Michaela Brooke
Michaela Elise
Michaela Paige
Michaela Rochelle (similar to Noelle and Janelle that you listed)
Michaela as a middle:
Allison Michaela
Bethany Michaela
Charlotte Michaela
Felicity Michaela
Harper Michaela
Jocelyn Michaela--Love this.
Lauren Michaela
Natalie Michaela
Piper Michaela
Quinn Michaela
