Nico- Like this a lot
Samuel- Not a fan of but it's a good solid mn
Davis- Considering this is the 7th most common last name in the US I would say no. I personally do not like it at all. I love David, though.
Bennett- Really like this.
Leon- Really, really dislike this.
If I were choosing a combo from all of your names I would choose Nico Bennett.
Gemma- Like this
Ruth- Really dislike this
Willa- Like this a lot
Esther- Really growing on me. I love the story of Esther from the Bible.
I like Willa Esther or Gemma Esther. I slightly prefer Willa Esther.

Nico Samuel or Leon Bennett would be great choices. Leon Samuel (or Samuel Leon) would be my ultimate mix and match pick. Not keen on Davis Bennett, I think you'd only really want to have one name being a surname name and the other being an 'established' name, so to speak, in case he got fed up of being called Surname Davis or Surname Bennett by mistake.
For girls I'd definitely stick with Gemma Ruth, it's a great name, and I don't think Willa Esther has the 'spark' Gemma Ruth has. Plus I'm not a fan of Willa at all, but the combo as a whole just seems to lack 'zaz' for me.
