    Baby girl Rowan Sol is here!

    I had three names in mind upon running into the Birth Center, holding my daughter in: Ivy, Rowan, and Charlotte. My little girl came no more than five minutes later, and she was bright, bright red! Rowan it was.

    Dad snuck "Sol" onto the birth certificate as we agreed the middle name was all his. I would have preferred something a little more feminine, but Rowan Sol is a total power name.

    Rowan Sol, sister of Bodhi Lucian. Both first names are trees, both middle names mean "light", and both siblings are enamored with one another. We're one lucky bunch.

    Congratulations! Rowan Sol is lovely, and I really like Bodhi Lucian and Rowan Sol together! They fit naturally together, I think. No pun intended.
