I'm having the same issue right now. I like a certain sound when it comes to names and I keep inadvertently choosing names that are too similar. With your case, I only think names with the same sound(s) are too similar. I chose Layla and Lily because they both start with L and have repeating L sounds. Almost the same thing with Larry and Lily, and I also chose Riley and Maddy because they both have 2 syllables ending in -y.

The only real issue I see with all your names is if you plan on having more than 2 children. If you had a Layla and a Lily and then had a 3rd daughter, would her name also start with an L and have repeating sounds?

Of course, it all depends on personal taste. Some people are more sensitive to sound than others and some can hear the same names in a different way. For me, there are only three combos that are passable for siblings (not ideal but passable).

Jack & Katie - probably the best sibset - one is a short "a" and the other is a long "a"
Justin & Julia - they both begin the same but the "Ju" is pronounced differently for both names. 2nd best combo.
Riley & Maddy - they have the same sound at the end but the first syllable is different.

    Honorable mention:

Layla & Lily - both are heavy on the l's but they do sound different. Personally, I still think they're too similar for siblings.
    All the best,
    Mischa.

I'll give you an example of a sibset that is way too matchy in my opinion... Nicole Richie's kids Harlow and Sparrow. Way too similar. What if they have a 3rd child? Barrow? Arrow?

A lot of them are okay, but Caitlin and Kieran, Layla and Lily, Kylie and Kelly, Larry and Lily, and Jeremy and Emily all got my votes. I don't think Jeremy and Emily are too bad, but I think it'd be a bit tongue-twistery. Julia and Justin are okay, but I think they're a bit mismatched. Julia's timeless to me, whereas Justin is really dated to the 70s/80s.
