Love the suggestions of Annelise, Susanna and Anastasia! Oh, and Juliana. We almost named our DD that. Susanna sounds very Civil War time period to me. Also love Annemarie or Annamaria. You could combine Anne or Anna with a lot of different names to find one you love. We almost did Anna-Frances, and I love Annasophia.
Mom to Seth Andrew and Madeline Frances
Other current favorites (girls): Rosemary, Elizabeth, Tessa, Susanna; (boys): Noel, Spencer, Patrick

I know! It doesn't make sense. But I also think he's been hearing a lot of opinions around him of people who don't like it, so I'm sure that's not helping. Reason is a family name from generations ago and it is actually meant for a boy so I told him we needed to find something else girlier for this one. I like a Annabel. I'll have to run that by the hubs! Thanks!

I'm liking Avonlea. It definitely is fitting the bill when it comes to a unique name and it is an A name. Very pretty. Thank you!

Congratulations!
I really like the name "Mila"
But as you said that you want to have "Anne/Annie" as the nn that obviously isn't going to work. Have you considered a hyphoned name? Such as: "Analise Mila-Rose Moore" The name Analise checks the boxes for your description. It is feminine, classic, not common and vintage! Even "Analise Rose Moore" is pretty, and if you have another baby girl in the future her name can include Mila!
Good luck with your baby!
