With Willa, Cora, and Sybil -- I get the feeling that you like uncommon yet familiar names on the shorter side of things. I get a little quirky vibe too. These names feel right on a tomboy as much as a Southern belle.
Some ideas with that information in mind:
Noah (although maybe a little too popular for you)
Louis / Lewis
Leo
Edmund / Edwin
Ezra
Emil
Oscar
Theo
August
Hugo
Elias / Eli
Ari
Adrian
Isaac
Jasper
Tomas / Thomas
Abraham / Bram
Jonah
Nico (maybe too trendy for you)
Good luck --- I think I'll be able to make some better guesses once I see if any of these appeal to you.

Domenico/Dominic, Gianfranco/Gianpaolo, Giacomo, Antonio, Raphael, Calogero, Leopold, Angelo, Giorgio, Alban, Malachi, Dante, Mirek, Dario, Lionel
Katarina/Caterina, Irena, Silvia, Aniela, Delfina, Raffaella, Apollonia, Cecilia, Pasqualina, Rosalind/Rosina, Josephine, Allegra, Alba, Leokadia, Annunziata/Nunzia, Bronya, Adrasteia, Vincenza, Althea, Eurydice, Regina

Willa, Cora, and Sybil were all relatively popular around 1930, so I looked for boys' names with the same level of popularity (between 300 and 1000 children receiving the name) around then. Some out-of-the-box ideas that I think fit your style, from most to least popular in 1930, for what that's worth:
Morris
Willis
Lyle
Otis
Edmund
Clifton
Leland
Clinton
(just for your amusement, Jacob fell between these two)
Wilfred
Rufus
Malcolm
Fredrick (this spelling in 1930, but Frederick would be good now)
Dwight
Rex
Forrest
Ellis
Ruben
Felix
Grady
Conrad
Byron
Amos
Otto
August (great match for your girls)
Dominick
Stuart
Grover
Preston
Grant
Wade
Moses
Jasper
Lionel (love this too)Pam Satran
