I like Jesse and Max best. While I'm not a fan of the name Oscar, if you love it use it. Jesse and Oscar doesn't sound bad together, even if there are better sounding ones. And I actually think Oscar Altomari sounds nice. So my vote is Oscar Sebastian Altomari

From the original list i would choose Oscar Sebastian! Great choice! i actually thinks it sounds great with your last name. Not even sure what the potential problem is there :-/
From the second i'd choose Max. Jesse & Max do sound adorable together!

Milo Sebastien sounds wonderful Milo Altomari sounds even better ... it's better to make sure the flow with the last name is perfect, because the middle name doesn't have to be used as often. Simon and Oscar don't really have that.

I actually love Oscar Altomari. I think it sounds really nice together (knowing absolutely nothing of the origins of either name). It just sounds good to me. I think Jesse and Oscar work fine together. They are definitely different, but sometimes that works. And their names are only going to be put together a lot when they're kids, not forever.

I really like Oscar Francesco Altomari. It doesn't sound ridiculous at all. I like Oscar a lot with Jesse as well.
