Red face Looking for fresh ideas...

    Hi Berries!

We're expecting a little girl in August and am just trying to winnow down our long list of names! Right now, I think I really could use some feedback - I feel a little lost and indecisive!

    First Names:
    Gemma
    Alora
    Avonlea
    Calla
    Remy
    Liliana (pronounced Lily-ahna, not -anna)
    Jencie (pronounced Jen-see... it's a family name)

    Middle Names:
    Gray
    Mae
    Wynn
    Rae
    Lark

    I also like:
    Maren
    Everly
    Eudora
But I'm not sure if I would use them as first or middle names...

    Gemma- Pretty.
Alora- A lovely choice! Alora Gray sounds gorgeous.
Avonlea- I can never tell whether to say Avon-LE-ah or Avon-LEE. Not the best from your list.
Calla- A cute, fresh flower name.
    Remy- Eh.
Liliana- I like it, but don't love it. Prefer the simple Lily.
Jencie- Maybe in the middle. Or you could honor Jencie with Jessamine, nn Jessie.
Gray- I love this in the middle spot! As I mentioned before, Alora Gray is absolutely amazing.
Mae- Very cute, but a little too much of a filler. Calla-Mae Lark is fantastic!
    Wynn- Meh.
    Rae- Meh.
    Lark- One of my favorites!
Maren- Only if you are trying to honor both a Mary and a Lauren. Even then, probably not.
    Everly- Okay.
    Eudora- Interesting, but not great.

Alora Gray and Calla-Mae Lark are so gorgeous!
J'adore les noms des filles françaises...
    Élinor ~ Zéphyrine ~ Alice ~ Agnès ~ Noémie ~ Ninon ~ Marguerite ~ Ariane ~ Euphrasie ~ Clémence ~ Juliette

    And classic boys' names.
    James ~ Christopher ~ Alexander ~ William ~ Anthony ~ Joseph ~ Robert ~ Aaron ~ Nathaniel ~ Jude ~ Ezra

I love Calla, Gemma, Alora and Liliana.

Calla would be SO nice to see - so fresh and sweet!

Calla Maren, Calla Wynne, maybe Calla Jencie? I do not like Jencie as a first name at all, but I think it's great to use family names, but I think it should stay in the middle.

I adore Liliana, Gemma, and Avonlea! I think Liliana Gray, Gemma Lark, and Avonlea Mae would all be adorable. I do like Maren, as well, maybe Liliana Maren, Avonlea Maren, or Maren Liliana... or even Maren Lark?

    Good luck!

Gemma - I think this is very cute, with the connection to gems and everything. However, it's not my favorite.
Alora - Pretty! It's elegant and classy, too.
Avonlea - Sorry, but to me this sounds like a character in the Hunger Games or Star Wars or something.
Calla - LOVE! I think this one is so pretty and classy, and if there's always a cute nn Callie! VERY cute!
Remy - Sorry, but I don't think this one is so great. I think it's too nickname-y for a fn.
Liliana (pronounced Lily-ahna, not -anna) - Very pretty! I like this one a lot!
Jencie (pronounced Jen-see... it's a family name) - Not my favorite.

Gray - Nice, but kind of drab.
Mae - Pretty, simple, and cute.
Wynn - No, I don't think it's good to have the name "win" because that could lead to tears, tantrumns, and "I'M THE WYNN-ER!!!"
Rae - I like this one too.
    Lark - It's all right.

    Maren - This is okay.
Everly - Cute! I like this, but I'm not sure I'd have the guts to use it.
    Eudora - Not a fan.

Overall, I like Calla Mae/Calla Rae and Liliana Mae/Liliana Rae the best. Best of luck!

Gemma- I think this is cute. I really like it. It is rising in popularity though. Think about this if this is an issue for you.
Alora- Not a fan of this one.
Avonlea- Not a fan of this either. I'm not exactly sure of how to pronounce it and if I heard it out loud I would be unsure of how to spell it.
Calla- I think this is really pretty and simple.
Remy- I love this. It's different but not too different.
Liliana- It's okay. I've heard it so much it's boring to me though.
Jenice- This is unique. I think I like it

Gray- I love Grey (this spelling) on a boy. I think it goes well for a girl, too.
Mae- Not a fan of this at all. I prefer the May spelling if I had to pick though.
Wynn- This is kind of cool.
    Rae- Really Dislike this.
Lark- Really like this for a mn. I think it's too out there for a fn though.

Maren- It's okay, I kind of like it but it doesn't wow me.
Everly- I love Everly. Pretty, slightly unique, feminine but with a little spunk. Plus I really like longer names and this one is 3 syllables.
    Eudora- Really dislike this.
