I really like a lot of these names, it's hard to choose one. Lilia Jane and Susanna Genevieve are probably my favorites, Thisbe Noelle is awesome, I love Henrietta, not with Margaret, though, Fairuza is great, do not care for Lorraine. The only first name I actually dislike it Tennessee.

Before I made it all the way through the options, I saw Henrietta Margaret and clicked it. I love it! I never see any Henrietta's, and I think it's beautiful.
My top three rom your list would be:
    1. Henrietta Margaret
    2)Susanna Genevieve
    3) Elora Susanne

Thessaly Paige - I actually really enjoy the name Thessaly, with nn Tess! Beautiful.
Elora Susanne - it's not bad, sorta kinda like it.
Lilia Jane - I like Lilia a lot, but I'm not sure Jane goes well with it. Maybe Lilia Noelle or Lilia Susanne
Susanna Genevieve - I like both names individually but not really together.
Thisbe Noelle - I'm not fond of Thisbe, but I love Noelle!
Henrietta Margaret - I don't hate Henrietta but it's not one I really like, I like Margaret all right.
Zaria Helen - Zaria is kinda interesting, but I'm not overly fond
Tennessee Lilly - Can't say I like Tennessee for a girl and all the double letters are annoying, Tenesey? I do like Tenny and Tess and Nessy etc. though
Ayla Inez - Is this Aye-luh or Eye-luh? Sounds kinda like a nickname for Aileen or Hailey
Fairuza Lorraine - Fairuza sounds too much like Fallujah to me.
    Livy/Lucy : Geneva/Gwen : Coralie/Alice : Noelle/Eve
    Eli/Bennett : Jude/Zane: Luke/Leo : Levi/Phineas

Susanna Genevieve is GORGEOUS! My second choice would be Henrietta Margaret.
Mother of three teenagers: (1) Daniel Glen, (2) Timothy Austin, and (3) Rebecca Jane... all middle names honor family... 3rd generation mn Jane. (A second girl would have been Susanna Eve and a third boy, maybe Isaac...)
