I like Fiona best - pretty and unusual. Phoebe is also lovely.

I too think Fiona goes much better with Parker.

I like both but I LOVE Fiona. I'd consider it for a future daughter but my fiance's last name starts with F and I don't really like the alliteration personally. I think Fiona is pretty and easier to spell (it took me the longest time to spell it Phoebe, not Pheobe! I still have to think about it sometimes.).

I was prepared to vote Phoebe, but I think Parker and Fiona match a bit better. Parker and Phoebe are lovely together, too. Of the two, I prefer Phoebe personally, but I think Parker and Fiona work together a bit better.

    Good luck!

Fiona sounds like a little girl and Phoebe seems classic and timeless.

I love Fiona!!! Phoebe is cute but I've always had trouble spelling it.

I like both, but both have drawbacks. I think the major thing is Phoebe and Parker sort of set up for a P sibset, so if you don't like any other P names, I would go with Fiona to give you options.

I agree with characternamer - choosing Phoebe may set you up for P named child sibling set. Which is not necessarily a bad thing ... just something you may want to consider here.

I have a dd named Fiona. No one has ever asked me if she was named after Shrek. Sure, my older DD's hear her name in the movies, but they also see their own names or names of their friends on tv and in movies too. It has not been a big deal at all. In fact, I get WAY more "Alice in Wonderland" references than "Shrek" references when I mention the twins names.

Mother of three teenagers: (1) Daniel Glen, (2) Timothy Austin, and (3) Rebecca Jane... all middle names honor family... 3rd generation mn Jane. (A second girl would have been Susanna Eve and a third boy, maybe Isaac...)
