Honouring family?
Okay so if I wanted to honour any of the women listed below how could I do it? Merle Lorraine (grandma) - Born in March, don't like either name. Ursula Ruth (grandma) - Born in November, don't mind Ruth. Theresa 'Terrie' (Mum) - Born in November, I like Tessa, but it sounds kind of unfinished. Vikki (Aunt) RIP - Born in May - for this one I was thinking Esme/May; but she also love frangipani flowers if that helps?

Victoria for your aunt.
What about Theresa nn Tess?
Merle developed from Merrill or Muriel, if you like any of those better.
You could also use your maiden name to honor all of those women as a middle.
I know my grandmother hates her name and always wished she had been named Charlotte after her grandmother, so if I wished to honor her I might use Charlotte.

Some of my suggestions really stretch it a little, but hey:
Merle Lorraine (March)
By sound: Meryl, Laurel (Lor sound + end of Merle), Raina, Mera, Meredith, Mercy, Mercille, Meridian, Merritt, Lorelei, Melora. Merry/Mary and Pearl were sweet, too. By meaning (blackbird and French Lorraine/bay laurel tree): Laurel again, Bird or Birdie, Lark, Wren, Avis or Mavis, Robin. By association: March, Spring, Bloom, Blossom, and other flower names. Perhaps Laurel overlaps here, too.
Ursula Ruth (November)
By sound: Orsa, Rue, Sula. By meaning (bear): Artis, Nita. By association: Ursula has a celestial reference with Ursa Major (the bear), so what about Nova (also respects her birthday), Luna, Stella, Estelle, Estella, Vega, Selena, or Celeste?
Theresa (November)
By sound: Tessa, Tressa, Tess, Reese, Terra or Tara. By meaning: not much else goes with "reap" or "gather," but you could expand to names involving the harvest (so these kinda turn into "by association" names): Annona, Arista, Demeter, Ceres, Persephone. Also by association: maybe to honor her birthday (or Ursula's), you could try Nova, Ember, Embry, Winter, Holly.
Vikki (May)
By sound: Victoria is the most obvious choice. Also Kiki and (related to Victoria) Tori, Toria, Rory. By meaning (victory): Colette, Nicole, Kinsey, Signe/Signy. By association: I like Esme and May! Maisie, Maeve, and any ____-Mae combo (Greta Mae, Willa Mae). Also floral, springtime names.
Hope that helps!

In any of these cases, initials could to the trick. UR may be difficult, but ML, T, and V should be quite easy. I think a birth month is okay to honor someone, but what qualities did you admire most in these women? Were they especially happy (Felicity, Joy, or Hope) or caring (Charity, Mercy or Grace?) Where were they born? There are lots of ways to honor someone indirectly- keep thinking, I'm sure you'll find something you like!
Other ideas:
Ursula Ruth- Rue
Theresa- Therese, Treasa, Tessan, Summer (Theresa may be derived from the Greek word for "summer"), Vera (also means summer,) But I like Tessa.
Vikki- Victoria, Vittoria, Toria, Toya, Jaya and Signy (both mean Victory,) Colette, Nicole, Nicolette, Nika (All mean "victory of the people.") I think Most Vi- names work as well: Violetta, Vivienne, etc.
Merle Lorraine- Lorena, Lauren, Laura, Lola, Raine, Raina, Ray/Rae, Meredith, Mercy, Muriel, Marielle
