Need a name for baby #3, case of BNDD!?

For babies #1&2, finding a name was no problem. I had been in love with the names Alexander and Isabel since I was 14, and middle names Gideon and Giovanna seemed to fit perfectly with lastname Friend. Now baby #3 is on his way and no name seems good enough. We would also like to maintain G as the middle initial. Please help!

Is it a boy or a girl? Based on your first two names it seems like you like classic names? nothing strange and new? Here a few suggestions you may, or may not, like:

    First names:

    Ian
    Joshua
    Nathaniel
    Nicholas
    David

    Allison
    Rachel
    Danielle
    Tiffany

    Middle names:

    Gregory
    Griffin
    Guillermo (Spanish for William)
    Gilbert
    Grayson
    Gabriel
    Gary
    Gavin
    Gabe
    Gaspard?
Grady (my dad's name - i hate it but i'm starting to run out of g names!)

    Gabriela
    Giselle
    Guinevere
    Gwendolyn
    Gail
    Griselda
    Gabby

Those are just a few off the top of my head!

It's a boy! Sorry, I forgot to include that. We we're considering Joshua Gabriel, but we don't know how well that flows - Alec, Isa and Josh? Nicholas and Nathaniel have both neen used in the family, and we're trying to steer clear of A and I names. I do like classic names though. Especially ones that travel and age well.

As for David - that's my husbands name and he doesn't want a junior. Thank you for the great middle name suggestions though!

I am in the same boat, with my first son it was Jack from the get go. I am not finding out the sex this time around and have 2 girl names and struggling with a boy name that I LOVE.

For you I like William, Henry, Oliver, Luke ?
Mom to Jack Louis, Claire Bonnie and baby BOY due Christmas Day
He will be either Max ,Ben, Ryan or Patrick

    My recommendation is ...

    01. Alexander = Greek "core classic" name

    02. Isabel = Spanish version of Elizabeth, a "core classic" name

    03. Nicholas = Greek "core classic" name

... a sibset comprised of equivalent "core classic" names [Nameberry term].

    P.S.

    Middle suggestions ...

Alexander Gideon, Isabel Giovanna [and] Nicholas Gabriel

... Hebrew "g" middles for your sons.

I agree I think Joshua Gabriel sounds fine! I am considering Gabriel as a middle for my 2nd (if it's a boy....we'll see!), but since my husband is hispanic it would be pronounced more like Gabrielle.
