I totally agree. The name Lyrica came to mind yesterday while reading a different post and I thought "Why isn't that a name? That's gorgeous! Oh, right -- it's a depression medication. Hmmm." I still think it's a pretty name, as is Mirena. Does anyone know if these are names? They just sound like they should be.

In talking to a friend about words we like and hate (mostly based on sounds), I also came up with:

    Iota
    Listen
    Magazine
    Chandelier
    Sofa
    Diploma
    Platform

Weird, I know, but I just love saying and hearing these words!

I agree with some other pp's, who've mentioned Breeze and Allegra. I think Peony is lovely, but imagine all the teasing possibilities...

Also, for boys, I love Ransom, but couldn't bring myself to use that. The same with Catcher and Loyal

    ED: thought of more:

    Luminesce
    Malarkey

Along the lines of Catcher, I love Fielder. I think I'd use it as a middle, but not sure about a first.
