You have a great list!
Favorites:
Alasdair
Aurelius
Calix- rhymes with Alex and that's how most will pronounce it. You could spell it Caylix. I prefer Calix rhymes with Alex
Casimir- it would help with pronunciation if it were spelled Kasimir/Kazimir. People may just glance and say Cashmere
Dorian
Emrys (Em-rees)
Aviva
Aziza
Blythe
Davina
Classy, rich old couples
Alasdair & Blythe
Alasdair & Davina
Aurelius & Davina
Dorian & Davina
Dorian & Blythe
Exotic Mediterranean/Middle Eastern/Eastern Euro couples
Aurelius & Aviva
Calix & Aziza
Emrys & Aviva
Casimir/Kazimir/Kasimir & Aziza
Favorites (tie for #1)
1) Aurelius & Aviva, nn Ari & Viva
1) Kasimir & Aziza, nn Kaz & Zee
2) Aurelius & Davina, nn Rell & Vee

Boy Twin's List:
Alasdair (We don't like Alistair)- not a fan, I prefer Alastor
Aurelius- strikes me as feminine, I know it isn't at all, but that's just my first thought.
Calix (kay-liks)- going to have pronunciation issues, as I first saw it as cal-icks, but overall not bad.
Casimir- not a fan at all. Don't think it goes well with sib names, don't like the sound on its own.
Cayo- Reminds me of Mayo. Doesn't seem like a name.
Conan- One of my favorites off of your boy list.
Dorian- Reminds me of Dorian Grey, who is not a nice character, but not every one will make that connection. Nice enough.
Emrys (Em-rees)- Do not like this at all. Seems girly.
Noam- I like this name, but would never use it myself. It works with your sib set, but it's not my favorite.
Zevi-Doesn't seem like a real name. Maybe a nickname for something, but IDK what.
Girl Twin's List:
Aviva (uh-vee-va)- not a fan of this "type" of name, seems a bit trendy to me with all of the As
Aziza (uh-zee-za)- see above.
Basilia (Bah-sil-ya)- doesn't go well with her sisters' names IMO. nice enough tho.
Blythe- I have never liked this name, IDK why tho. It could work in your family.
Cappella- All I see is A Cappella. and that's probably all you will hear from people.
Cordelia- Love this. It's been on my list for a long time.
Davina- Nice. Kind of meh.
Kalindi- don't like.
Musetta- don't like at all.
Nalani- doesn't fit with her sisters at all.
My favorites: Conan, Dorian, Cordelia, Davina
Combos: Conan and Davina or Cordelia and Dorian--I personally don't like the whole matchy match initials thing, but its up to you
Matilda, Louise, ZoeGregory, Ezra, Simon

I think you have great taste!
Alasdair (We don't like Alistair)- I like both versions of the name. It's familiar but pretty rare, and I think the Al beginning makes it wearable. I would make sure you're okay with him being called Al or use a different nickname, because I'd expect that people would shorten it automatically if you don't.
Aurelius- Nice, but a LOT of name. I'd use it in the middle only.
Calix (kay-liks)- Cool, but sounds like a lot of medical terms and rather difficult to pronounce. Better in the middle, like Aurelius.
Casimir- Love this! It's one of my favorites. I'm not brave/Polish enough to use it, but I hope you are! I'd love to meet a little Casimir!
Cayo- This is simple and distinctive, with a really great meaning. I really like it!
Conan- I can't decide whether this is wearable or, like Madonna and Beyonce, there's only room for one Conan. I like Ronan better for the O'Brien association.
Dorian- This may sound strange, but Dorian seems more common than it is to me, but I mean that in a good way. Dorian is uncommon but it's -n ending makes it seem very wearable. The only negative is the very close association with the Picture of Dorian Gray. I haven't read the book, but I know the basic story and it seems rather tragic. Maybe not an association you'd want, but I don't think it's as intense as Conan.
Emrys (Em-rees)- I like Rhys, Emmett, and a number of similar sounding names, but I think people would mistake this for feminine.
Noam- I love Noam! I like it much better than Noah.
Zevi- It's okay, but the z- beginning and -i ending make it seem a bit childish. I think Zev would be a good alternative.
Favorites, in order: Noam, Casimir, Cayo, Dorian
Girl Twin's List:
Aviva (uh-vee-va)- Lovely, but personally I prefer Aziza
Aziza (uh-zee-za)- Love!
Basilia (Bah-sil-ya)- Not my personal favorite, but still a very nice name.
Blythe- Gets a lot of love here, but it's never been appealing to me. It sounds short and harsh to me, like Blegh and Blah.
Cappella- I just want to put "A" in front of it, then start beatboxing.
Cordelia- Very pretty, and offers a wide variety of nn options.
Davina- Alright, but kind of similar to Milena and doesn't really stand out.
Kalindi- the K- and -i make it seem a bit young, but I still think it's a good name.
Musetta- I love this for a middle name, but definitely not a first. It's too wordy for a first, and sounds like it's trying too hard. In the middle, though, it's an interesting surprise, and she'll get her own waltz.
Nalani- Very pretty.
Favorites, in order: Aziza, Aviva, Cordelia
My favorite sets:
Noam & Aviva
Cayo & Aziza
Casimir & Basilia
Dorian & Cordelia
