Phoebe - Love!
Calista -Like, I like Cali and Lia as nn,
Emmeline - I like this pronounced emma-leen
Anya - this seems a bit odd for a Greek or Italian girl but I don't hate it
Gwendolyn - I love this name, but again seems a bit weird for a Greek or Italian. I visualize red hair and freckles with this name
Adelaide - I do like it, but I can understand how the "laide" could be off-putting to some
Coralie - one of my favorites
Daphne - I like it a lot! Seems like a great option if DH isn't on board with Phoebe, similar feel.
Adeline - I pronounced this a long I like lie and the below as Lynn both are good alternatives to Adelaide,
Adalyn - but if you want the Lynn pronunciation I'd use -lyn or -lynn
Violet - pretty, but a very different feel to most of the names on your list, maybe mn?
Ashlyn - I just based a street with this name the other day and thought "wow, that would be a gorgeous name!" Definitely has a sporty feel to me.
Bethany - I like it, but it's very sugar sweet to me, like Charity or Faith.
Marina - I really like this name! Would make a good middle name too.
Anelise - I know a girl with this name and she spells it Annaliese, it's okay, maybe Analise? but then it has anal in it, lol, hmm, maybe not
Madeleine - I like the name, prefer Madeline spelling though.
My favorite in order are:
Daphne Marina
Coralie Violet
Phoebe Anya
Ashlyn Bethany
Annalise Isla
Emmeline Hazel
Calista Adalyn

Starring my top 7, but also adding comments :-)
Phoebe - It does remind me of Friends, but I think that association will die out as she gets older. Still a great name!
Calista - It's ok.. prefer Callista personally.
*Eleni - I like this a lot. It's similar to popular names, and still honors your heritage.
Elena - It's ok.
*Hazel - Love!!!
Bella - Hate. Sorry to be blunt but I'm so over Belle/Bella names.
Lena - Meh.
Emmeline - It's ok.
*Anya - Love!
Gwendolyn - See, my thing is I love Gwen but I'm not a fan of the longer versions, haha. I kinda do like Wendy though as a nn too.
*Adelaide - Love!
Isla - It's ok, but I always think of "island" since this is island in Spanish.
Coralie - It's ok.. what about Cordelia?
*Daphne - It's grown a lot on me too :-) I think it's pretty!
Maeve - NMS.
Elani - It's ok, but I like your other similar choices more.
Adeline - It's ok... I feel like this name (and similar like Adalyn) is taking off though.
Adalyn - Ha, should have scrolled down more. I know of an Adilyn recently born and I see it on a LOT of lists if popularity bothers you.
*Violet - Cute!
Ashlyn - I do like this, but I like the spelling Ashlan best.
*Bethany - I really think this name is underused. It's pretty but not super girly girl.
Marina - It's ok.
Melina - Not bad but what about Melanie? Melody?
Anelise - It's ok but I'd prefer spelling it Anneliese.
Madeleine - I do like it but there are so many girls out there with similar names and they all go by Maddie!Top 10 girl's names: Serena * Audrey * Sienna * Bridget * Lucy * Hazel * Cordelia * Josephine * Claire * Alice
Top 10 boy's names: Elliott * Callum * Theodore * Emmett * Nolan * Ian * Blake * Brennan * Adrian * Everett

You and your husband do have different taste!
top 7 for me:
Eleni - I never heard or saw this name before. Maybe it's because I've only known two greeks families.
Bella
Anya - Love this name. I thought about using it to honor the name Ann too.
Daphne - this name keeps growing on me as well
Elani - I picture this name to be pronounced the same as Eleni.
Adalyn -
Anelise - fav from this list.
