I think it's fine as a stand alone name, but Eleanor(a) is my favorite longer version.

I prefer Flora. (But prefer Nora to Cora and Dora!)
Nora from the Nick and Nora mysteries was pretty cool, and it has a similar streamlined Art Deco and Prohibition-era feel to me, with cloche hats and martinis, but I think the -h tacked on kills that for me.
Leonora is my favourite long form if it needs a long form.

I think it's pretty as a standalone name and I'm in the Norah boat. It just seems romantic with the H.

I like it and I think it sounds prettiest standing alone because of its sweet refined simplicity. Wanted to add I like the H but it's great either way, it's one of those names that's nms but I love when people use it, the name is just so happy sounding.
