To me I would try to keep the androgynous thing going as well. Rorie and Noa are so pretty but they aren't pink, frilly sort of names and as much as I like, say, Marie, it jumps out at me that it just doesn't go as its much more lacy than Rorie and Noa. Or am I not making any sense?
Any way, some two-syllable names that I think have a similar unusual and not feminissa feel:
Michal - an underused Biblical choice for a girl.
Jordan
Jessie - I would keep Jesse a spelling for boys, but Jessie is attractive for a girl. It was my great-grandmother's name - and no, not short for Jessica.
