    WDYT of these posh Dutch newspaper newborns (and siblings)

    Some of these names will of course be oddly foreign, you may laugh, but the general gist of it is that the Dutchnouveaux riches as well as the people with old money announce the birth of their offspring in this paper and it's always delightful to see what they've come up with, whether they go for something ordinary or something over the top posh or maybe unexpectedly tacky.. so here they are:

    (ij= a bit like how you'd say the word 'I', unless it's medieval, then it's like 'ee')

    This is so neat to read through. Love Wilhelmina and Azelie (but I'm biased as I have a daughter Azalea). There were two Cocos in my mothers group here in NYC, and we also had a Georgette born as a sibling, so those don't sound too exotic to me. And Talia (no h). There is a Juliette in my son's class. Frederique is very interesting - like Veronique which I have heard, but with the masculine twist..
