Our first child's name is Jacob and we call him Jake. Had wanted to a J theme but can't decide on a J name that either isn't taken or that we both like so we want to do a number theme. I am looking for names that are 5 letter and have a 4 letter nickname.

Such as, David and Dave. Lucas and Luke. Henry and Hank.
