Upon reviewing the one-, two- and three-syllable Greek and Italian names on Babynames.com, I feel that the Greek/Greek duo Phoebe Catherine best fits the name image you've described: a melancholic [introverted] temperament type and physical appearance, with phlegmatic [introverted] and choleric [extroverted] influences of mathematical and athletic giftings [respectively].
Most Italian names are too "feminissima" [Nameberry term for "the sweetest of the sweet, the most feminine of the feminine names"] in my opinion to reflect mathematical and athletic giftings in addition to the melancholic temperament type and physical appearance Italian names personify best.
Here's an exception ...
01. Gemma
Most Greek names, on the other hand, have just what we're looking for. I call them "energetic introverted" names.
Examples [in addition to Phoebe, which is still my favorite for you] ...
01. Callista
02. Daphne
03. Kyra
04. Demetra
05. Lydia
06. Philipa
07. Sophia
