I love Rose - it's not overused at all as a first name (when your hear it, it's nearly always a middle name). So beautiful and classic, and it's easy to spell/pronounce. Rose Charlotte, Rose Harriet or Rose Gabrielle would be stunning. The nickname Rosie is adorable too.
I like all your choices though, so you can't go wrong!

I agree with the PP, Rose Charlotte is lovely and fits the bill!

    Some suggestions for you:
    Mae
    Alice
    Margaret
    Beatrice
    Felicity
    Annabelle

    Some combos:
    Harriet Mae
    Alice Elizabeth
    Matilda Ruby
    Eleanor Pearl

Agree with pps - Rose is not at all overused as a first name. Personally I also love Rose Elizabeth or Rose Charlotte.

    Other ideas:

    Bethany Eve
    Charlotte Matilda
    Charlotte Eleanor
Elisabeth Gabrielle (could do nn Beth or Ellie)
    Eleanor Grace
    Bethany Rose

    Good luck!

I think Elisabeth as a first name would suit you - you have Beth and Ellie listed as nicknames you like and Elisabeth gives both of those nicknames plus many more.

Something like Elisabeth Matilda or Elisabeth Harriet would be nice.

I think you might like Alice, Ivy, Hazel, and Henrietta.

Harriet- I feel like, despite this name's "comeback" it still sounds crusty. A fresh middle name, like Lark, Rain, Thea, Vivia or Anya would be needed.
Beth- I think this name is a tad nicknamey and would need a fuller middle name, like Penelope, Aurora, Teresa or Olympia.
Elisabeth- Classic and would probably benefit from something equally traditional such as Mary, Anna or Alice or something more modern-feeling like McKenna, Hailey or Chloe.
Charlotte- Gorgeous, would probably be best with something vintage like Abigail, Faith or Phoebe.
Gabrielle- Like this, maybe with something nature-related like Skye, Violet or Lily?
Rose- A little short, so a longer middle name like Daniella, Rebecca or Wilhelmina would be lovely.
Grace- Something more name than word would go well with this, like Anna, Carina or Bernadette.
Ava- A more historic name would be perfect like Antonia, Samantha or Victoria.
Evie- Evie is very nicknamey and I personally think Eve is better, but Evie Lilith, Evie Honor or Evie Marina sounds nice.
Matilda- Like Harriet, needs something fresh: Sadie, Reverie or Dinah all work.
Eleanor- Gorgeous! My thoughts are Marianne, Rosita or Willow.
J'adore les noms des filles françaises...
    Élinor ~ Zéphyrine ~ Alice ~ Agnès ~ Noémie ~ Ninon ~ Marguerite ~ Ariane ~ Euphrasie ~ Clémence ~ Juliette

    And classic boys' names.
    James ~ Christopher ~ Alexander ~ William ~ Anthony ~ Joseph ~ Robert ~ Aaron ~ Nathaniel ~ Jude ~ Ezra

My name is Bethan, so it's similar to Beth and it means Elizabeth in Welsh. Also my middle name is Lowri (Meaning Laura) so you could look to see if there are names meaning the ones you like in another language.

    You could have

    Elizabeth Laura
    Amelie Rose
    Freya Grace
    Eleanor Kate
    Charlotte Olivia
    Hollie Beth
    Matilda Abigail
    Harriet Emma
    Imogen Rose

Hope this helps and good luck with your baby,
    Bethan
