I also couldn't vote, but because I love Isadora, Isabetta and Isabeau almost equally!
Isabetta I'd probably leave alone right now as it has just been used by Rob & Amber, so may be the next big thing.
Isabeau I saw in a book recently, and was struck by how lovely it sounds. Beau is also considered a boys name, so it may be considered the most tomboyish of the 3, should she grow up to be a tomboy. But still girly if she's not
Isadora I think feels more old-fashioned, but as Dora (the explorer) is so popular it almost seems more modern and accessible at the same time.

I prefer Isis to Isadora, honestly. Cleaner lines, further from the whole super-popular Isabella phenomenon, less frilled up. It does have an interesting flapper '20s quality to it, though.
But I think I prefer Isadora to Isabetta. I know Isabel and Elizabeth are from the same root name, but this appears to be it caught mid-transformation, same as Elizabella, though going the other way.
Isabeau - I wonder how many people will hear Isab- and stop listening before they write/assume its Isabelle/a? Isabeau is close enough to sound like a child's lisp of Isabelle that I see many misassumptions in her childhood.
Issa - Kinda pretty, kinda odd.
I think I would go Ismay or Isis or Iris if they were options, as it is I think I'll kick my vote towards Isadora.
