I didn't vote, because I honestly don't like any of them, sorry!

Isadora: it looks pretty, but as a Christian, the meaning of Isadora, "gift of Isis," feels inherently wrong to me. My daughter wouldn't be a gift from Isis, she would be a gift from God, and I feel very strongly about that. It's a lovely name, just not for me at all. If I had to vote, though, this would probably get my vote just because it looks and sounds pretty.

Isabetta: I like this more, especially since I don't have the religious issues with it, but it feels quite heavy and cumbersome to me. I do love the nn of Etta, though, and I love the meaning, "my God is a vow".

Isabeau: I prefer Isabelle immensely. Isabeau is way too nouveau for me, and after taking two years of French, I don't understand how a girls' name could end in "beau" and still be feminine. In French, "beau" equals masculine, and "belle" equals feminine. I can't get past the fact that linguistically speaking, this seems like it should be the masculine form of Isabelle.

Issa: I've come across the EE-sah sound many times, but it's always spelled Isa, not Issa. I would be more inclined to say Issa as ISS-ah because it shares the same ending as Marissa, Clarissa, etc., and doesn't follow the Spanish/Latin rules that Isa does. Besides, I've always found Isa to be quite nicknamey, personally, I like Isabel(la)/Isabelle/Isaline, etc., nn Isa more, personally. I do think Isa is lovely, though, it's a nice alternative to Izzy or Bella.

I love the name Isadora! Isabetta and Isabeau look made up to me, and Issa just feels a bit short.

I may be alone here but I love Isabetta! It reminds me of another name I like, Annabette. I think Betty is coming back before too long, and this is a great way to get it.

I never liked Isadora. The -dora ending is just...hmm. I like Isabetta, it's fresh and lovely, Isabeau isn't bad neither. But none of these, to me, have the same allure as the classic, lady-like Isabel. Issa is also quite choppy and short. Somebody could mistake it for a nickname.

My best friend's name growing up was Issa. She wore it very well. My vote went to Isabeau.

I voted for Isabetta. In theory, I think I should like Isadora since I like Isabel/Dorothy etc., but I just don't.

Not a fan of the "Isa" trend but of those Isadora is my pick.
