unexpectedly expecting a fifth.
I'm mum to four kids: Louis, Hector, Lottie (officially Ottilie) and Martha.
That is where I always intended to stop, but now, 4 years later, I have a new partner and expecting again.
This is a first baby for him, and obviously he has strong opinions about what he wants our child to be called.
That in itself is new to me- my ex-husband loved what I picked out, and was really always v persuadable.
Our list would be something like:
Roman* (Love the nickname Ro)
-We both love Leo but its just too many L names
Starred are the ones that he favours.
I'm not entirely sold on any of these, yet.
The only other 'requirements' are that the name not start with O, as our little one's surname may or may not begin with O. Am currently in the midst of a debate as to surnames- hyphenated surname? his? mine? Because my other kids all share a surname, I would love this baby to have something of the same name too. But obviously this is an issue in itself as their surname is my ex-husband's. Complicated.
Anyway- any suggestions of names which might suit us would be fantastic.
Thanks a lot.

First off, I love that you have a Martha. I wish I could convince my husband on that!
I think Penelope or Roman would make a welcome addition to your other children. Other suggestions:
As for the last names, would you consider giving this baby an addition middle name that is you other children's surname. I know that it is your ex's last name, but it is also the last name of your other children.
Congratulations! My girls: Grace Patricia "Gracie Pat" & Eloise Martha "Elsie Mae"
Guys: Julian, Desmond, Tobias, August, Silas
Dolls: Iris, Hazel, Flora, Margo, Agnes

Out of your lists I love Helena, India, Jasper, Roman and Felix- I think they all work well with your other children. It's a shame about Leo, but you could always use it as a middle name. I quite like Christian with nn Kit.
My suggestions are: Beau, Joseph, Edward/Edmund/Theodore (nn Teddy), Henry, Jesse, Thomas, Max, Alice, Lucy, Amelia, Rosa, Sophie, Eleanor
Would love to see a Joseph Leo Roman Leo or Henry Leo!
